This Privacy Policy explains how Speedy ("Application," "we," "our," or "company") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our services. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data to provide and improve our services:

Account Information: Name, age, gender, nationality, location (city/region), profile photo, and other user-provided information.
Messaging and Communication Data: Encrypted text messages (which can be deleted at the user's request), metadata (timestamps, device activity), and details of voice/video calls (not recorded by Speedy but may be subject to device-level manipulation, e.g., screen recording).
Technical and Device Data: IP address, device ID, operating system details, cookies, log data, and usage statistics.
Location Data: Approximate location, collected only with user consent (precise GPS data is not collected).
Payment Data: Coin purchases and in-app payments processed via App Store and Google Play Store. Speedy does not store payment card details; such information is processed by the app stores only.

2. Face Verification

To improve user safety and reduce fake accounts, Speedy may require users to complete a face verification process.
During verification, the user provides a selfie photo which is compared with their profile details.
If verification is successful, the submitted photo is immediately and permanently deleted after the process is completed.
If verification fails or the photo is invalid, the submitted photo will be automatically and permanently deleted within 3 (three) days.
Face verification photos are:
- Never stored permanently,
- Never reused for any other purpose,
- Never shared with third parties.
This process is used solely for profile authenticity verification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data for the following purposes:

To provide chat, voice, and video services
To operate the coin-based messaging and boost system
To improve and personalize user experience
To detect fraud, fake accounts, and misuse of the Application
To perform face verification for authenticity
To comply with legal obligations and cooperate with authorities when required
To generate anonymized statistical and analytical data

4. Data Security

All messages are stored with end-to-end encryption.
User accounts are protected with modern security standards.
However, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and users acknowledge these risks.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must not share sensitive personal information (address, ID number, banking details, etc.) through the Application.
Profile information (age, gender, photos, etc.) is based on user self-declaration and is not verified by Speedy.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of other users.
Speedy is not liable for damages caused by fake accounts, false information, or manipulation.

6. Children's Privacy and Child Protection

The Application is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.
If we become aware that data has been collected from a minor, the account will be terminated and data permanently deleted.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, grooming, or any form of abuse involving minors is strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to create, share, or distribute such content will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement without notice.
The company cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to combat child exploitation.

7. Data Sharing

Personal data may only be disclosed when legally required to competent authorities.
Anonymized usage data may be shared with third-party partners for advertising, analytics, or technical services.
Payment details are handled directly by app stores and are never stored by Speedy.

8. Data Retention

User data is permanently deleted once an account is closed.
Legally required data may be retained for the duration specified by applicable laws.
Face verification photos:
- Deleted immediately after successful verification
- Deleted automatically within 3 days in case of failed or invalid verification
- No biometric or facial data is stored beyond this period

9. International Data Transfers

User data is stored in Turkey.
Technical requirements may involve the transfer of anonymized or encrypted data to servers abroad, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. User Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data - KVKK), users have the right to:

Access their personal data
Request correction or deletion of their data
Learn whether and for what purpose their data is processed
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
Object to the transfer of personal data to third parties (where applicable)

11. Prohibited Content and Zero-Tolerance Policy

Speedy enforces a zero-tolerance policy against:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Child exploitation and grooming
Sexual harassment or abuse involving minors
Any content promoting violence, exploitation, or harm to children

Any user engaging in such activities will have their account immediately terminated and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

12. Disclaimer of Liability

Speedy cannot guarantee the security of personal information exchanged between users.
The company is not responsible for any misuse of sensitive data voluntarily shared by users.
Voice and video communications may be manipulated or recorded by third-party tools; the company is not liable for such actions.
