End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs the terms and conditions of using the services provided by Speedy ("Application," "we," "our," or "company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

  • The user is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
  • This license may not be transferred, sublicensed, rented, leased, or sold to third parties.
  • All rights are reserved by the Application. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

2. Restrictions on Use

  • The user may only use the Application for lawful purposes.
  • No part of the Application may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, or used to attempt to obtain its source code.
  • The user shall not misuse the Application or interfere with other users' experiences.
  • Creating fake accounts, providing false information, or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.
  • The user shall not attempt to manipulate or bypass the coin and boost system in any way.

3. Coins and Payment Transactions

  • Coin purchases are processed exclusively through the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Purchased coins may only be used within the Application for its services and features.
  • Refund requests can only be submitted and handled through the respective app stores in accordance with their policies. The company does not directly provide refunds.
  • Coin pricing, availability, and usage terms may change without prior notice.

4. Messaging and Match Rules

  • After a match, messaging must begin within 5 minutes; otherwise, the chat will close.
  • Each new message extends the remaining chat time.
  • Purchasing a "Boost" extends the chat duration up to 24 hours.
  • Messaging requires coins; users without sufficient coin balance cannot send messages.

5. Security and Data Protection

  • Message content is encrypted and may be deleted at the user's request.
  • Voice and video calls are not recorded; however, users should be aware that screen recordings, audio captures, or manipulation may still occur on devices.
  • By using the Application, users acknowledge and accept these risks, and the company shall not be held liable for such breaches.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they share with others.
  • The Application does not verify the accuracy of user-provided data.
  • Users must independently confirm the authenticity of the individuals they communicate with.
  • The Application is not liable for damages arising from fake accounts, false information, or manipulations.
  • Users must not share sensitive personal information (such as address, bank details, or ID numbers) within the Application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Application does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Users acknowledge and accept the risks of using the Application.
  • The Application is not responsible for errors caused by third-party service providers or device-level manipulations.
  • Users are solely responsible for any financial, legal, or personal consequences arising from the use of the Application.

8. Termination

  • The company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts in case of a breach of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, the user's coins, messages, and content may be deleted, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Users may close their accounts at any time at their own discretion.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, design, trademarks, and content of the Application are owned by the company.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without prior authorization.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
  • In case of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolian Side) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

  • The company reserves the right to update this EULA at any time.
  • Updated versions will take effect immediately once published within the Application.
  • Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
